Four Months in and Counting…

It’s been awhile hasn’t it since I’ve last written? Any way school is going fine. My best class is math, I think, and my worst is probably typing.  I have made two friends so far and one of them is moving up into my grade after Christmas break! (My dad is always asking me if I got kicked out of school, and I always answer, “NO!”) I still struggle with home sickness. I haven’t been too many places yet, but hope to be more active soon. I can’t wait for my roller blades to get here when mom and dad come back from their Final ABWE training. (Also the last of my webkinz which I’m sure have been missing being with their friends.) It has been quite the spiritual battle for me lately, and I’ve been struggling a lot with it. Christmas was fine this year and at least I had an interesting new year. Well that’s all I have to say for now. Bye!

  1. So glad to hear from you..sorry I didn’t comment sooner…I will keep praying for you & your homesickness especially…is your friend with you now in your class? I hope so and that your friendship will become even stronger!

  2. Good to hear from you, Becca! Praying for you, and glad to hear you have a couple of good friends! Praying God fills your life with blessings as you serve Him every day! 🙂

  3. Dear Becca, Thank-you for being so honest. I will pray for you concerning homesickness. I have had that before and it isn’t a fun thing to have. Somedays, I still get homesick and that is for Heaven. With all the people I have lost this past year, it gets hard sometimes. I think Jesus may have been homesick sometimes when He was here on earth. He worked hard and talked with His Heavenly Father and fellowshiped with believers. I need to do more of that. Someday, we will be with our loved ones who know HIM for all eternity!!!”Won’t it be wonderful there?” Have a great day and I will specifically pray for you about homesickness and that you can get those rollerblades and webkins soon!!!! ~K~
